The Neighborhood

Neighborhood

This is the stretch of Ocean Boulevard that has always been a real neighborhood, not a tourist destination.

Residents here take great pride in their quiet streets and meticulously maintained homes, and enjoy local restaurants, houses of worship and shops. The beach here is serene and uncrowded. But the excitement of Las Olas is only a few blocks away and many festivities and sophisticated shops at The Galleria mall are just around the corner.

Take a water taxi along the Intracoastal Waterway - 4 blocks from your door - or enjoy the convenience of Fort Lauderdale’s International Airport, 10 minutes away.
