“Smart Home” Technology now allows owners to control their Residential Lighting Environment and Entertainment Systems via a central programmable master screen. More importantly, all systems can be monitored and controlled while away from home through remote internet access with additional hardware and controls.
 
You can set all systems to operate according to a pre-set daily schedule (programmed by you), or you can even “alert” your home so it’s ready for your arrival.

The Premier “Smart Home” System with Surround Sound is considered a Standard Feature for all 6th and 7th floor residences, and an extra cost option for all others.
